50ml of Due Sorelle Signature Gin
20ml of Lemon Verbena Syrup
20ml of Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
10ml of Triple Sec
1 Egg White
To make the lemon syrup, infuse 5 Lemon Verbena leaves in 1 cup of hot water and leave overnight. The next day, remove the Lemon Verbena leaves and add the infusion to simple syrup on a 1:1 equal basis. To make the cocktail, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake to combine. Add ice and shake hard until the cocktail tin is very cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a floating lemon myrtle leaf.
